Beavertown began life 11 years ago in a tiny BBQ joint in Haggerston, Northwest London. In 2020 we opened BEAVERWORLD, our Out of this World brewery & mothership in Enfield. Alongside our Lockwood Brewery in Tottenham Hale and our micro-brewery at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium we have the capacity to brew a staggering 90 million pints a year.

Now, we’re happily brewing loads of great beer - for everyone to enjoy - anywhere in the universe...although tastes best when drank on Earth. So, if you’re after some tasty beer with a difference you’ve come to the right place.


The Role
Fancy joining an innovative company where you will focus on managing existing customers to educate and grow sales within Northwest London. As the primary point of contact for the customer for Beavertown in the area we want you to be famous for what you do and how you do it. We have a true passion for our beers and how we show up in accounts, it is key we are selling our beers to their full potential.

Hunting for new opportunities and partnering closely with new and existing customers to ensure Beavertown brands are pouring and that they look the best in the market. This is a key role for someone who is eager to take responsibility for growing and maintaining our accounts, as well as driving growth.


What You’ll Be Doing
  • Proactively seek out new customers for our beers, focussing primarily on the on trade
  • Managing existing accounts while driving brand awareness and ROS to deliver incremental volume
  • Proactively partner with customers to manage expectations, ensure orders are placed and collaborate closely with various route to markets
  • Maintain clear and well organised communication with customers
  • Establish, maintain and develop relationships with your customer base
  • Schedule and attend meetings with key contacts
  • Track and report customer buying trends to Sales and Production management
  • Maintain all sales goals and personal budgets outlined to you.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting and data entry into the relevant systems
  • Represent Beavertown Brewery at promotions, tastings and special events
  • Conduct waitstaff / bartender educations
  • Work some nights and weekends
  • Seek out beer related educational opportunities and keep up to date by reading industry publications
  • Other duties as intermittently assigned by your manager
  • As a result of all of the above, the expectation is for you to spend 80-90% of their time in the market
